D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls better known by his DJ Qualls stage name DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a producer, actor and model. He gained fame due to his roles as a character in Road Trip he has since appeared in over 20 feature films, including The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. He also has appeared on more than 22 series, such as Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls is fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma since he was 14 years old. The cancer returned to remission after two years. The body of his was greatly affected by treatment, and his development was slowed down. As he was raised in poverty, he wanted to attain financial stability. He commented, "I've been living so in a state of financial sanity for so long and I'm desperate for to have financial security, otherwise my life will feel out-of-control and that's not good for me." He looks back on his early years, and is driven by an urge to do something against the bullying. The cruelty he experiences breaks his heart. On and off the screen, DJ could love to be a father. Director doesn't pick him to play those parts, but he says. One day he'd love to have a baby in order to be able to dedicate much less of his time and more time to his newborn.
