Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness titles. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for her Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. It's not surprising that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, as well as bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving onto work out sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
